occasional issues may arise. This policy outlines the conditions under which
returns and refunds are applicable.
Return Policy
Returns are only accepted under the
following circumstances:
- A wrong item was delivered (different from what was
ordered).
- There is significant spillage that affects the quality
or edibility of the food.
- The food is of poor quality, such as being stale,
having a pungent smell, or tasting spoiled.
To be eligible for a return:
- The issue must be reported within 1 hour of delivery.
- The food must be mostly untouched, except for the
portion tasted to identify the issue.
- Photo or video evidence may be
required for verification.
If approved, we may arrange for pickup of
the item (where feasible) or guide you on safe disposal.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable under the same
conditions as the Return Policy, namely:
- Wrong item delivered
- Significant spillage
- Stale, spoiled, or foul-smelling food
Refund Process:
- Once your concern is received and verified, we will notify you
of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business
days via your original method of payment or issued as store credit,
based on your preference.
Important Notes
- We do not offer refunds or returns for:
- Personal taste preferences
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other delivery-related
issues
- Orders that have been fully consumed
- Bihar Central reserves the right to deny any refund or
return request if it does not meet the above conditions or appears to
be fraudulent.
